Orders and shared bills
Scan your table QR and enter with your name. In Table bill, pay for items, an amount or the whole bill. Staff must approve pay-later ordering.
Help and support
Gifts between tables
Open Gifts at your table and enable receiving. The sender must sign in, and the recipient must have an available session at the same venue. Item gifts require recipient and staff acceptance.
Vouchers and experiences
Your voucher shows its terms, expiry and remaining value. Select it before confirming an order. Prepaid experiences are available through purchased vouchers.
Credit and refunds
Purchased and promotional credit are separate. Promotional credit is used first. Top-ups are added after confirmed payment. Ask venue staff for help with an order or refund.
Account and security
In Settings, edit your name and password, resend verification, set up two-factor authentication and revoke sessions.
OFFRA pilot
Test payments do not charge real cards. Messages stay in the pilot's private Mailpit service until an external sender is configured.
